Hi, I’m Jessica Patching-Bunch (JPB) 

Well, hello there, I’m here on a mission to change the way we understand and approach mental health.

We can't begin to manage or control something we don't first understand.

My extensive knowledge in psychology, neurophysiology, and the mind/body connection gives me insight into how stress affects the way we function.

I designed the Brain-Body Resilience model to create a new space in personal empowerment. 

I'm here to address a serious gap in accessible alternative mind care and wellness education for women.
