Hi, I’m Jessica Patching-Bunch. (JPB)
I am on a mission to change the way we understand and approach mental health.
I understand what it is to be engulfed in stress and not know how to get out.
After recovering from extreme stress that caused anxiety, depression, seizures, and impacted my closest relationships I learned that you can actually interrupt the cycle of stress and get away from the painful patterns.
I'm here to share everything I know about the brain and body to help you get out of the stress cycle so you can get on living your best life.
How I help you
I help you learn to understand and navigate your nervous system to create a better relationship with your physiology so you can leave shame and judgement behind. Ultimately life is better when we feel better and knowing how to do that is key.
I work with women just like you, who feel:
· Overwhelmed or out of control like you’re about to explode at any moment
· Like you know you haven’t worked this hard to get where you are just to feel hopeless and frustrated
· Annoyed with yourself because you haven’t “figured it out” by now

The Process
Foundation
You will learn the science behind stress made simple. If you don’t understand how something works you can’t manage it. Learning how your brain and body work together will help you participate in changing your stress patterns.
Practice
Using science backed breath and nervous system regulation techniques to calm immediate stress and anxiety so you can create space and clarity

The Manage Your Stress Mentorship is a 6 week support and learning space where you will learn tools to regulate and balance your nervous system so you can stop living like managing stress is your full time job.
